Waterbox does not manufacture all of the equipment sold on our site. Waterbox only manufactures and ships Waterbox branded items.
For customer service or technical support on any third-party product such as AquaIllumination, EcoTech Marine, NYOS, Tunze, or Sicce, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Additionally, if a third-party product stops working or does not work upon first use, it is not eligible for a return, as we do not accept back used or open-boxed items. Our Return Policy can be reviewed here: https://waterboxaquariums.com/pages/return-policy
