Can I change or cancel my order?

We are unable to change or cancel an order once it is being prepared for shipment. It is our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

In-stock orders are processed soon after the order is placed, sometimes within minutes. From there, it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days before it is collected by the carrier. Once the order is being processed no changes can be made. However, you may return your product once received. For more information about returns see our Return Policy.

Out of stock orders will be processed at the first availability of stock. If something arises and you need to change your order, please reach out to [email protected] and our support team can assist with making the requested changes.

All order cancellations are subject to a $30 Cancellation Fee.

If you would like to add additional items to an existing order, please place a new order. In most cases, we will consolidate the packages and process all open orders as one shipment.
