File a Claim - Damage/DefectiveUpdated a year ago

All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Waterbox will not honor damage or defective claims once the product has been assembled and the aquarium has been taken off the original shipping pallet base. If you receive a damaged item and refuse the replacement, your order will be treated as a return and subject to a restocking fee.
