1. WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME? 

Typically, it is 90 days from the date of deposit to scheduling the delivery. This is just an estimate and the process could be quicker. 

2. DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM CABINETRY? 

Yes, we offer custom MarineShield® cabinetry. 

3. WILL I HAVE TO PLACE A DEPOSIT?

Once you have accepted your quote we'll have our engineers render custom drawings for your approval. Once approved we will send the final contract and a 50% payment will be required to begin production. 

4. WHAT IS THE FINAL DEPOSIT AMOUNT?

 We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to start production and 50% before scheduling the delivery. 

5. WHERE DOES THE AQUARIUM SHIP FROM? 

We produce all aquariums overseas and transport them by ocean cargo to our fulfillment centers across the world. From there they will be delivered via freight truck to your desired location. 

6. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

8. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? 

Shipping on aquariums up to 84" is free to the contiguous United States. Anything over 84" is subject to actual shipping charges.
