Can I place an order on hold?Updated 18 hours ago

Yes, your order can be placed on hold if you are not ready for it to ship immediately. 

If you would like to have your order held, please proceed with your order at checkout and put in the notes section that you would like to request your order be held from shipping, and provide a set of dates. You can also proceed with placing your order and pass the order number to our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your request to hold. 

Please note that an order hold does not hold the physical product in place; it only pauses the order from being shipped until you are ready to receive it. While we will do our best to ship your order within the timeframe that is requested, the product will be shipped based on its availability during the provided dates. Some delays can be expected. We recommend reaching out a week before your requested dates to determine the availability of the product and its expected shipping timeframe. 

Holds for backordered products: If you find that you will be unavailable to receive your delivery during a backorder period, please follow the above steps. Sometimes, backordered items become available sooner than the listed backorder date, so it's best to provide those details to us as soon as the order is placed so we can further coordinate the best shipping timeframe with you.
