What is the Waterbox Warranty?
Our limited Warranty is set forth on all Waterbox Products. There are no other expressed or implied warranties from Waterbox.
Waterbox warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months, valid from the original date of purchase. Waterbox will repair or replace this product free of charge with new/rebuilt parts. Damage to the aquarium is not included. Our warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase must be provided when warranty service is requested. The Waterbox warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. Our warranty will not cover nor imply failures which result from abuse, neglect, customizations, improper installations, shipping damage, alterations or modifications.
If a problem develops outside the Waterbox warranty period, please contact your local dealer or place of purchase.
Waterbox shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, or arising from a breach of this warranty. In the USA some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusion or limitations may not apply.
If the aquarium is placed on anything other than a Waterbox cabinet, the warranty is void.
Any modifications made to the products such as drilling or cutting will void the warranty as well.
Any items we sell but do not distribute (such as lights, pumps, or protein skimmers) are covered under warranty by the company that manufactures them. You will need to contact them about warranty replacement and repair.
